So...why all of the celebration????
Because there is only
ONE day of the school year that can claim the first snowfall! And, that day was today!!! So, I have to tell you that your "firsties" did an amazing job with all of the snow clothes! (and, just so you know, there is not a college course for teachers called "Snow Clothes 101":) We found our way to the snow several times during the day and practiced putting on/taking off snow clothes. They will be experts soon! And, when we weren't out "in it", we were inside talking, reading, counting, writing about it, and slurping it in the form of snow slushies!
